Only reason not giving 5 stars is because you kept delaying the shipping dates. Went from October 9th then the 16th to finally the week of the 23rd. Then once I emailed my frustration with that, all of sudden it was being shipped and will get it today. I appreciate the turnaround on this but it seems like businesses these days are selling items they do not even have in stock.
Very hard to complete the payment, but after 1& a 1/2 hours with virtual assistant and finally a phone conversation with a sales representative I was able to complete my order. The order arrived 2 days later

For almost half the price, I bought Husky floor mats in lieu of WeatherTech, whcih I purhased for my Toyota Tundra (which I just sold). The product in itself is fine not the best but not the worst for the money. The problem being the ordering process. I called the number on their site and no one answered. Recalled later oh this is great I thought only to find out somebody working from home not a big deal but had to call another number to make my payment this is not how it should work I understand your safety precautions but it's not a convenience. I will also be blocking the number as it's become a Non-Stop advertising gimmick for them every single day
