The sales representative, Daniel Diaz, is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He has helped me multiple times. It is not that common to find such great service.
Incorrect instructions received with product. Customer service told me to watch video. Video showed incorrect cover for installation. After 5 calls finally spoke with someone who was able to figure out the correct video was listed as wrong part number.
Fast shipping. Easy assembly. Solid product. Installed by a 72 year old man with a bum shoulder and no help.
I visited with someone online and he helped me get everything i was needing and he spent time walking me through everything and got everything set up and I had everything I ordered in just a couple days.

The installation guide was easy to understand, and so we had them installed in a short time. The Ionic 3" Nerf Bars are well made, with a very nice chrome finish. Very pleased, and I would definitely buy them from RealTruck again on my next truck.

Bought a bed cover weeks ago. Wasn't told until after reaching out a week after purchasing and paying full amount that it could be 4-6 weeks for it to ship. Would have purchased somewhere else
