I contacted RealTruck about the Revolver problems I had with my new cover purchased from them.After waiting a few days I was informed to take pics,etc.and send to them-I resorted to call Bak and complain about the rear plastic end caps breaking the first time I opened it to show my neighbor...I finally got an answer from them and am waiting for replacement caps...I just feel that spending 1200.00 dollars for a cover the customer service should be swifter and taken care of without red tape! I do not care if the seller or the company...take care of it fast and easier for the purchaser!

When I called I explained there are issues my wife and I have that we needed addressed. As I explained, we had an MX4 on our previous pickup. As we age our strength has somehow disappeared. We needed something lighter and easier to handle. Greg suggested the BAK Revolver X4s Tonneau Cover. It arrived in a timely manner. It was an easy install and very straight forward. Plus it looks great on our new truck!

Made a large order to be delivered at a friend's house we were visiting. Had to get home for an emergency and needed to re-route my shipment with Fed-Ex. Steven C., Angela C., and Betsy W., all were super helpful and I actually received my shipment the next day. Thought I was dreaming! Near impossible to get such super service these days but Real Truck came through and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend them.
I ordered wheel to wheel NFab nerf bars and was explained by representative that it would be a factory bolt on. That is not the case. It involved drilling, modifying my body (pinch welds) needless to say, I had to take to a body shop to install and pay additional money. Needless to say. Very upset with the misrepresentation.
