I ordered wheel to wheel NFab nerf bars and was explained by representative that it would be a factory bolt on. That is not the case. It involved drilling, modifying my body (pinch welds) needless to say, I had to take to a body shop to install and pay additional money. Needless to say. Very upset with the misrepresentation.

Was ready to purchase a set of running boards when the chat popped up so I asked a couple of questions. I did not realize there were 2 different models of this specific board. He brought this to my attention as I had the wrong one in my cart and was ready to purchase. He made it easy, had pics and specs to show me the difference and et the correct ones ordered. I had some questions about a tonneau that I spoke with customer service about. My questions were answered quickly, and I placed the order over the phone. Two days later the tonneau showed up on my driveway.

Horrible experience I received the wrong item and paid close $1,000 for them and they have been giving me a hard time to get the right ones replaced.
Ive been dealing with them over a week and have gotten no where still have the wrong sliders and no return label to return them to them so i can get the right ones.

I received a product that had was a used return item and sent to me in error. One phone call and the return and replacement was completed.

Had several questions about the bed cover I was looking for. Very easy to chat and get all the correct information before ordering. Cover came in great condition. Took me a little longer to install that they indicated but still a simple install. Great company to deal with.
