Very simple to install. That's all I could ask for.

Had several questions about the bed cover I was looking for. Very easy to chat and get all the correct information before ordering. Cover came in great condition. Took me a little longer to install that they indicated but still a simple install. Great company to deal with.

When I ordered the Lund running boards I was not told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. If I had that information I would've ordered a different product.

Order floor mats got them wrong thing then called was on the phone for two hours trying to see what the problem was come to find out they don't even make them for my truck. Very dissatisfied.

It's been 3 weeks have not received my product but credit card has been charged

Received a Lund Tonneau cover and it had a small (pencil size) hole it. Also the weather strip over the tailgate kept coming off when I would open the tailgate. Called Realtruck support and they had me package up that one and emailed me a return label. It was picked up in a couple of days and the new one arrived a few days later. No issues with the new one. Installed it today.

I ordered bed cover thinking I was buying one like I had before. It's my fault for not checking closer. The cover I got will work but isn't as good as the one I had before. I would advise to pay a little more and get the better quality cover

I was able to get a recommendation on a few tonneau covers. Customer service was very responsive through emails and shipping was fast. Would definitely buy again

Repeatedly had to ask for the removal of a city sales tax that I am not required to pay finally after 5 days of back and forth emails they removed the charge and then cancelled the order then had to start whole process again. Then after placing order was informed 2 days later that running boards were on back order and no expected ship date! Just terrible service all the way around.

When I purchased something that didn't work on my SUV, they gave me a refund right away. I was very impressed.

The bed liner was shipped ASAP. The shipping materials were appropriate. The bed liner sent was labeled for 2014 truck. Chevrolet brought out a new model in 2015. I expected a little better fit.

Spoke with Charlie about my car needs. It's like talking to a friend, who will give you an honest opinion! Real Truck gives you good fast service, and backs up your purchase if your not satisfied. Good service is a rare thing now a days, but Real Truck delivers!

Needed a replacement part for my truck cover after looking online couldn't find what I needed. Started a chat with Amber at Real Truck and within two days she found the correct part and ordered it. Saved me from having to buy a new cover altogether. Kudos to Amber and Real Truck for great customer service
