My order was supposed to be delivered on the Wednesday after I ordered but I was notified there was a delay. The package was only 30 miles or so from my house and they said it would be delivered on Thursday. Ok, things happen. Thursday, I was notified my shipment was delayed again. What the heck!? But, it would be delivered on Friday. Nope, delayed again. But it was scheduled for Saturday. Nope. Delayed. It finally did come on Monday afternoon.
I have had it with FedEx! I will never buy from any company which uses their "services".

The product I ordered was sent with a mounting bar for a different vehicle. As I was at the shop getting it installed I called customer service, was told someone from tech support would talk to me. Didn't happen, then told me my request had to be sent to the returns dept and someone would get back to me, nobody did. Called after 2 days and asked to speak to the return's department, my request was never sent to them! The return needs to be verified by the manufacturer before they can send me a return shipping label. What needs to be verified! I talked to the real truck representative to order it, was ordered for my vehicle make and model by the representative. When I called to say the wrong mounting kit was sent, it was again verified by the real truck customer service rep that the part ordered was for my make and model. So….why I am I having to wait to see if it can be returned when the company that shipped it obviously made an error. Meanwhile, they have my payment, that was processed when I ordered the part. I have a product that won't fit on my truck, have paid a shop to try to install it and then put everything back together, boxed it all up and now am sitting and waiting for someone to let me know if it can be returned! Even if this does get straightened out, I have to take the big box to FedEx, wait for it to arrive wherever it is being returned to and then who knows how long until the correct parts are shipped back to me.

Two of mounting holes on main assembly to secure the side rails were stripped out I had to use larger size self tapping screws. One of the predrilled drain line holes was drilled to large the drain line keeps falling out. I will add a rubber grommet to keep drain line in place. In all instructions and installation went well.

I was advised by the sales representative that both my items were in stock, and I would receive them by Thursday. Thursday came and I only received one item with the other item, showing it was going to be a later date, which was a huge inconvenience. Yesterday I had received another email with an even later extended date inconveniencing the situation even more. It is a backflip cover that I have needed for security of my belongings in my pick up throughout my travels. After emailing my sales representative still to this day I have zero response from him which in my book is horrible customer service.
