I believe this is the sixth Access LiteRider tonneau cover we have purchased from Real Truck. Fast service and a great product.
First of all, it was easy to navigate your website to find exactly what I wanted. I ended up calling customer service because I couldn't figure out how to apply my military discount. I told the rep I was a veteran and he never questioned my status and gave me a 5 percent discount. My order was delivered within just a few days in excellent condition. Gators instructions were not the easiest to understand but that is not your fault. Overall, I'm very satisfied with "Real Truck" and have already told several neighbors.
Brackets did not fit my factory studs under the truck

Purchased an Undercover Armorflex in Sept. 2023 and it took nearly 6 weeks from the time of order to receiving the product. I was promised 5 times that it would be shipped and provided 5 different shipping dates...which none came true. Reasons...manufacturing is back ordered; a different vendor was out of stock; aluminum is not available for manufacturing; and so on.
Great sales person, courteous staff, always answer phones, and are willing to assist as best as possible. I believe the issue is... communication between depts...sales, customer service, tracking, and warehouses. Improvement in... product availability and actual shipment time to customer is MUCH needed.
The YouTube video was helpful showing how and what to install first. The only trouble I had was getting the seat disks to push and stay put between the front seat and back on my 2023 Chevy Silverado. The covers look like natural truck upholstery. Very pleased, but wondering how well the trucks heated seats will work this winter?

The problems I had are the fault of the manufacture, ICI, not Real Truck. It appeared the kit may not have been made for my truck. I say that because some of the body lines did not line up as good as expected. Also the chrome rocker panel kit piece that goes behind the rear door was only about 1" wide and should have been about 5". The hood protector and door post chrome pieces fit very well. All parts were easy to install. I called the manufacture, ICI, twice and got no answer or return call.
