I placed the order on 10/13/2023. I was told that I should have the order by 10/16. Today is 10/18 and I got a box from Fed Ex with two pieces of metal in it with no instructions and NOTHING else. I called customer service and talked to a rep (Tommy S.) that said it is his experience that it comes in two boxes to keep it from getting damaged. I am leaving town tomorrow for a week and a half and needed the cover for the trip. I even told your sales agent when I bought the cover. Tommy S said that it will take 2 to 3 days. Angie with customer service is on the phone now.

I was absolutely amazed at how quick my order came in, two days from the placement of the order to delivery. The box came in intact, no damage, very well packed and all of the hardware was included. From start to finish it took me one hour and 10 minutes.

Magna flow does not make a part to fit my truck. During the process of Ordering I asked if this part fits correctly. And they said yes, Robert Jaroma. Tried another type of Exhaust but no luck with that.
