I bought the AVS light shield and it showed up at my house in a beat up box.
The wiring and the light was missing.
I got a hold of Real Truck and they told me to contact the manufacturer.
Kinda irked me that I had to contact them and they wouldn't take care of it.
So contacted AVSD and they sent out the missing parts and I am now missing the wire that goes into the light strip.
Now I have to call again and wait again.
This all should have been handled by Real Truck.
Won't buy here again.
I ordered a cover through the virtual assistant. The order was canceled with no explanations.
The online chat salesperson said the items she recommended would fit my SUV, they did not, and I was told when I called to set up the return that they do not event make items that fit my SUV yet. It was an easy return, but I AM NOT HAPPY I had to return them after being told they would seem the salesperson just wanted to sell something.
The process was simple. The person that handled our order was professional. The items ordered were delivered in more than a reasonable amount if time
I love the bumper but the way it was packaged for shipment left a lot to be desired. It had some minor cosmetic damage, so I called their customer service, sent them some pics of the damage, and they made it right immediately. I'll definitely buy from them again in the future given the opportunity.

The mats are OK. After receiving them I was interested in getting the reat one's.
You can buy all 4 or the front 2. But if you desire to get the rear set that is not possible.
That is strange. That you can not purchase a rear set by themselves.
Checked online and other sellers told me that the model I selected would not fit my vehicle. After a quick chat with a RealTruck agent, they assured me that it would fit, and it did.

I went to install the bars I was missing six bolts, nuts and washers that attach bars to brackets. Several calls later and two weeks and no bolts!

I was having difficulty in finding what I was looking for so I called the real truck expert hot line. Robert was an incredible help in finding exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a tool box that would fit under a tonneau cover. I chose 2 items but the rep Nicholas noticed that the products were not compatible. I really wanted the toolbox so he found a tonneau cover that would work. I also needed the cover in 5 days but initially the ETA was a couple weeks. Nicholas did some searching and found a location with the cover that arrived in 2 days and a toolbox in 3 days! Excellent job and they work great!
