4. BEDRUG. After receiving and wanting to install, I contacted REALTRUCK for counsel since I have a Line-X bed spray. They recommended that I not install it on and welcomed a return.
5. REALTRUCK provided me with a FedEx label (no charge) and the BEDRUG should be picked up in a day or two.
6. All in all, they were responsive, very kind on the phone, and very helpful.
A part that should cost maybe a few bucks is inflated to 20 dollars and I was charged $10 to ship it….complete rip off

Ordered product on 10/31/23, received partial shipment on 11/2/23. The rest of the order never showed up, Fed-x showed it left Phoenix on 11/2, after that only crickets?

The customer did agree the two products were not even close. I actually thought at first I was being scammed, so called my CC and made them hold the charge until I found out what was going on. My wife even made a comment that they looked like they would come from the Dollar Store! I asked that a customer rep please call me to try and figure out what happened. As of this day no one has called me. The company did refund my credit card after I returned the covers. It's unbelievable that this company would have zero regard concerning this situation.

I ordered a tonneau cover for my f150 and it had a leak so realtruck ordered a replacement on nov 9 and today is nov 14 and it still hasn't been shipped out. I talked to customer service and basically said they have up to 30 days to ship out the items. This is unacceptable customer service.
