The sales team was very knowledgeable and assured me that the advertised tonneau cover would fit my truck properly and it did. I was skeptical because every other cover I looked at wouldn't fit my truck because of the Titan Boxes and utility rails that were factory installed. As promised, it fit perfectly. It's actually the best fitting tonneau I've ever purchased. Shipping was also very fast - received it in 2 days.

Very easy transaction. I had a credit/rebate from AMP power running, that I bought and installed 3 months ago, and I wanted to apply as credit towards the amp bed step. I was having problem to apply the rebate payment in the websiteI decided to call the sales dept. the salesman was very polite and helpful. 5 minutes later the transaction was completed. I received the bed step in 3 days and installed it in 40 minutes. It works perfectly.

I reached out initially to RT via chat with a few questions about the F1 vs. MX4. The sales rep was helpful and offered a discount when I was ready to purchase. Unfortunately the rep never returned my emails in the coming days, so I contacted RT again and got a new rep to process my order with a discount. Overall I'm happy with the F1 cover. It was easy to install. The instructions were clear enough but need to be updated, specifically the sheet on shims. The most recent truck models referenced on the sheet were 5-10 years old.
This is the third time ordering from real truck. The sales people have great knowledge of all products and the customer service is the best I have ever dealt with and that's saying a lot because I'm 75 years old, the products they carry are made of great quality. They are five star
Ordered rear lights signal break lights, took 4 months for the order to be received. Why you ask? Cause they are a reseller and don't have inventory. Your order goes to the manufacturer for fulfillment. The manufacturer does not let the website know of availability and you get screwed.

The return will take 3-5 days, and 3 weeks to get money back. That's a big bunch of BS.
Very disappointing, I ask them before I order a part do y'all it in stock. They told me you will get a email when it's shipped and five days later my order was cancelled. Smh
