Had these running boards on my 2016 Canyon and loved them. Call for my 2022 Canyon and was told by the first customer service person that they were no longer available because the company went out of business. After searching for a couple of weeks they popped up again on Real Truck site.Huried and ordered them and had them in 3 days. Put on and they look great.BTW they are iboard ABS covered. Highly recommend.

Completely a retail focus environment. Find a dealer is a little button in the corner, where BUY NOW is a huge colored button in the buying sections.

Was told the shipment was coming in 2 days. Wasn't told it was coming in two shipments, the 2nd shipment still hasn't arrived. When I called to voice my concern regarding this issue the customer service fella would only say he's sorry, never offered any kind of reason or anything else. I still don't have the whole order.

After an informative conversation with a sales associate, I was able to order the replacement seal kit I needed for my BakFlip F1 truck bed cover. It arrived quickly and appears to be the correct size. I haven't replaced it yet, but will soon.

I ordered front seats for my 92 XJ and they arrived as expected. When ordering I confirmed web site stated seats would fit in my XJ. Ran into problems with the install and called customer support which referred me to tech support who confirmed the seats would not fit in my XJ. Unfortunate. I was referred back to customer support to set up a return. Everyone was helpful and friendly in the process.

It was truly a smooth and easy transition. I had been eyeing a new cover for over a month because my old one (over 10 years old) finally failed. I messaged with an agent via chat, they set up the payment, a few days later my cover arrived. It was super easy to install by myself and I didn't even empty the bed of the truck. In less than an hour I had the old one off and the new one on. Highly Recommended!
