Was told tough it doesn't fit no refund. They told me to keep it a year and sell it on EBAY. The worst customer service will never buy from this company again and will post the pictures everywhere I can to prevent others from getting screwed by REal truck. YOUR COMPANY SUCKS LIKE THIS COUNTRY

Excellent, and I am not one to sit and type a lot of nonsense. My experience with Real Truck was great.

Chatted with a sales Rep (to make sure I had the correct size) All was good. Ordered the product and the was shipped the same day. Going to install product soon.

Product came quickly and when damaged they were a pleasure to deal with and took care of the problem by getting a new one sent out immediately. The other item I ordered was less expense than what the factory wanted ordering direct from them. I recommend them to everyone!

I called to order a no drill install kit for a BedSlide, I was told it wasn't available, when I gave them the info it was available, I asked it to be shipped 2nd day air, I paid and was charged for the shipping and was told it would ship that day, well it didn't ship for several days and when it did ship it went ground. If they are using a 2nd party to take orders they are not well represented.

Ordered 4 items on Friday. They were delivered on Sunday. All items fit without issues. Will defiinitely use again.

2 weeks and Still waiting on our order to be sent..

Placed order on Friday. Said working from home and some things in the sales process could not be done/confirmed. Now Monday and order status says Order Fulfillment pending. Not sure what this means and if delays order. …Oh well.

Headache rack arrived with a few gouges in the paint, but it seems heavy duty. 140 dollar mounting kit has 3 holes for mounting, but you only need one so i wonder why they ask model of truck because brackets are very generic, probably fits 50 models. Not a custom fit, but parts are heavy duty.

The topper arrived two days after the order! Have not installed yet, but so far the service has been great.

With the other companies. Some advertised lower price but then added shipping or should the same product but different part #
