I will never order from RealTruck again... if you run into problems with your order (like I did on both products ordered - both were delayed, one product by a month the other by a week... and one arrived damaged)... they hand you over to the manufacturer to resolve it on your own... horrible experience! I ordered other products from other retailers at the same time online and got those products within 2-3 days as promised. Don't believe them if they say you can get your product within a certain timeframe/date as they seem to have no control over shipping!

Call service dept. Sent emails with 40 photos. New one overnighter. Perfect and new. Put old one in that box and returned like they said to. Awaiting credit refund for hardship and product.

Ordered parts and was told they were in stock. They weren't. Called a week later to see when they would arrive and was told they shipped that day from the manufacture. Called today and was told that they have not shipped and were chrome not smoke. I canceled the order. First, I don't like being told wrong information. Second, I was told wrong information twice. Not going to say lying, but tell the customer the correct information so I can decide if I want a different product. I have purchased from you before but will be hesitant in the future.
I ordered custom Seat covers for my boyfriends truck a few months ago, upon them arriving late due to a issue with realtruck i was devastated to find out they sent me mossy oak camoflauge instead of the blades camoflauge i ordered. I have been going back and forth with this company for almost TWO MONTHS and they REFUSE to make things right! THEY sent me the wrong item and they want me to BURN the seat covers before they will issue a refund or the correct item. They said its company policy that they have to be destroyed i read the entire website company policy and no where does it state any of this information. It says they will send a shipping label for a return. After they wouldnt resend me the item nor issue me a refund i filed a dispute with paypal when i called realtruck after they told me they wouldnt even speak to me because i filed the dispute. Just go ahead and save your time and your money and find a reputable company. They dont even make the seat covers themselves they outsource the work in Canada.
