So I tried the Weather Tech window shades in channel and after over a month the front windows still would not stay up. They have the auto down safety option. So I trashed them.

How am I supposed to give a proper review when the order has not even shipped yet? I just placed the order you're getting these sent out way too fast. I cannot give an honest opinion. I receive my product.
The support rep that assisted me was prompt and very knowledgeable. She also was courteous with all my questions. The prices are reasonable and so far the quality of the products seems great. I definitely appreciated the ability to do a one stop shop for my truck needs.
I've called and ordered quite a few times now and every time it's like pulling teeth. Realtruck should be called Realdull because the customer service department never gets anything right. I was sent wrong parts on one order and a service rep by the name Andrew tried to tell I was sent the correct ones. It was my second time ordering the same tonneau cover for the same truck, even the manual instructed which parts it needed. He clearly struggles to read and can't decipher simple pictographs. The last service rep submitted my order before asking if I wanted anything else, which I did. Make sure to be overly thorough and to repeat yourself, multiple times. Even then pray to Lord.
Victor R was very professional and verified all my items were for my vehicle and even provided me with a military discount when inquired. He also sent me via email an itemized invoice showing all my Cart items prices and estimated shipping times. Awesome experience as I also elected notification of my shipment tracking in which was updated early than expected. From customer service and online site navigation Realtruck is the way to go, OUTSTANDING! I will be using them again for my truck accessory needs.

Cheyenne was the best! She understood my fitment problem with other suppliers. She had a part # that appeared to be the correct fitment, but still she got with her suppliers and confirmed the fit. "I personally guarantee that this part will fit your 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport". And I'm certain it will! Her manufacturer's part # is a perfect match!

Real Truck advertises that they will match other prices. Well I found a site that was selling the Extang 2.0 Tonneau cover for 386.99 instead of $439.99 and sent Real Truck the link. It also offered free shipping as well. But Real Truck said they wouldn't match the price because they are only allowed to come down $20.00. I did elect to buy it from Real Truck because I could get the it a little faster but very disappointed that they advertise the will match prices but it appears only if they want to not by what they advertise.
