The lock on my Gator bed cover broke. A Google search yielded dozens of results, (pictures) but none looked close to a replacement, except for one. So, I called plannibg to leave a message, since it was Sunday afternoon. However, a real person answered. After my initial surprise reaching a human, I described what I needed to Ann. She knew all the questions to ask me and all the answers to my questions. She prepared the order and sent me everything I needed to complete order within seconds of ending our call. I didn't place the order that day, but when I did, I was able to easily track it. I received the part today installed it. Perfect! That's how customer service should be. Thank you Ann & Real Truck!

I needed help finding a particular part from an older product and they took the time to figure out what I needed.

I watched the video on installing the backflip MX4 on the 2022 to 2024 tundra. The hardware kit I received was not the same as in the video. In the video it shows the deck rail being removed and the rail reinstalled in a lower position on the cover brackets and still being usable. The kit I received uses the deck rail to attach the cover rails. You can no longer use the deck rails to hold cargo. A bit of a disappointment and a waste of time watching the video. However it is a nice cover and looks and works good.
