Orderd true one of there tecs. Needed in a couple day and they delivered on that but the packaging was horrible. Box was all bent and taped because there was no package material around product. Couple of the tracks parts where off and the rubber stoppers where worn out from it bouncing around in package. There was a pretty big scratch on it but luckily it was on the inside. Still have to call them when I get back from vacation.

Happy X3! Got the wrong stuff from "someone else" - then they had no support anymore. Not too happy, I started a new search, found what I though was correct here, but I thought so last time too! But, I decided to "Chat with an Expert", and dang I got one! Wonderful lady guided me through my choice, assured me it was - but if it wasn't, and she placed the order for me - no problem return.

I ordered the Bakflip MX4 bed cover. It was delivered in 2 days and fit perfect. This one is far lighter than my previous one.
The first cover was delivered by FedEx extremely damaged. I can't even fathom how the driver thought it was OK to drop it off in its condition. You will see what I mean when you get it back.
I was disappointed that I had to purchase another truck cover in order to have you ship it out immediately. I did not want to wait the extra time for you to receive the damaged one before you shipped out the new one. It is not like I don't have an account with your company.
I ordered a tri fold truck cover for my F-150 on a Sunday and then changed my mind on Monday morning and wanted a full roll up instead. The guys sent me a prepaid label to return the trifold. The roll up fits great and I would certainly buy from them again!

We needed to return a bed cover.That was too big. The service department was very helpful in helping us do so. We received the correct size bed cover withen 5 days.
I ordered a Gator hard cover for my 2022 Frontier, was charged the next day. Two weeks no shipping confirmation, contacted Real Truck and was told it would be 25-30 BUSINESS days before shipment. Meaning they do not stock anything, just order it to be made and shippped from the manufacturer, NONE OF THIS WAS DISCLOSED AT ORDER. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Ordered 4-8-24 still crickets, nothing no cover no ETA.
They fit as they should. Easy to install. I'm very happy with the purchase. They make a big difference on the floor floor of my truck.
