Order process was straightforward. Found the product I was interested in, contacted support for some follow up questions. I ordered the Retrax One MX but the sales associate ordered a Gater Trax. Unfortunately, I did not catch this until a few hours after it shipped out. Now I have to wait to receive a return label for an exchange and wait longer to receive my originally requested item.
I couldn't decide on a bed cover, so I chatted with an attendant on the site. She simply asked about the climate I lived in and withing seconds told be which of the two covers would be better. She then proceeded to setup an account for me and completed my order in minutes.

Contacted Real Truck directly and spoke (via chat) with Katie Carver. She assured me the product was in stock from one of their distributors and said since she was involved the "fit" was guaranteed. Placed my order with Katie and received my order confirmation. Went on your web site the next day and lo and behold my order now reads pending fulfillment. I believe that is corporate speak for backordered, which is what started this entire rodeo to begin with. Of course my credit card was charged instantly and now nonresponse from Real Truck as to the actual status of order. Sure would like to have people speakmthe truth when transacting business but I guess not with these people.
It arrived yesterday and I immediately noticed a large, fairly deep scratch on the canister. Granted, when in use I likely will not be able to see it. However at the price the production quality control should be better than that. It's deep enough that I will have to paint over it to prevent rust. And the box in which it arrived was not damaged and fully intact. So the damage was obviously caused during the production process and obviously ignored. It is big enough that it couldn't have gone unnoticed. Hopefully the remainder has no issues.
