This was my second tonneau cover purchase since Dec of 2021 and both times I had great salespeople to work with who were very knowledgeable and quick with information on my questions. Top this off with a fantastic financing company they use and got me started with back in 2021 too and I can't think of any bad experiences with our transactions.

Had the pleasure of messaging JP for a great customer experience, it was nice doing it all on there message page. Didn't have to call in or wait on the phone. Was able to describe the replacement parts I needed and they got to work finding them. Only add on I would suggest is being able to send pics in the messages. We're able to do that through email so took an extra step but got what I needed. Great job guys

Can't give much as I have not received the product yet. The ordering experience was good though, Cristian was a big help and made the process easy up to this point. The rest is yet to be seen. I had real bad experience with another company (American Truck). I will rate again once product (tonneau cover) is received.
