I needed to replace a lost key for my RollNLock truck bed cover and the customer service rep was super helpful and made it very easy.
I called and whoever I talked with said he had to go check and see if they had one available then returned and said they did and he would ship it out the next day. Now I find out it was never sent and you are waiting to fill my order.
The first order was broken upon arrival called real truck and they were very helpful in fixing the issue waiting on second set hopefully better results this time

The only negative is the hold time. I understand things were very busy. The tech that helped me was very helpful and thorough. I am ordering from real truck because other orders from China have been lost. The one good one did not work.
