I was charged twice for same product, I got promised to receive credit back on my credit card, this did not happen.
In particular the online chat people did not know what they were doing, very unprofessional, no common sense, a huge lack of product and procedure knowledge.

Impressed with the actual product as I purchased the bulkhead for a mid-roof Ford T150 and made in the USA!
I did the online chat and inquired about the additional door option, I was told that I wouldn't need to purchase the door kit as it was included with the item.
My order arrived in 4 days and what I was not happy with there was NO door kit. The second thing that had me upset was the fact that there are only 4 pieces in the box along with the hardware. Leave it to FedEx to to damage 3 of the 4 pieces, flanges bent, disfigured and warped. The box was had major tape on it but no significant visible damage. I'm not defending FedEx as the item is quite bulky but needs a higher rated box and additional packing.
I contacted RealTruck and they got a replacement sent out and it arrived in 3 days but with no tape and just 3 poly bands around the box (if the first box had them they disappeared from the time of pickup until delivery. Between the two kits I was able to use the 3 best panels to assemble the bulkhead.
Overall a 4 star rating applies for me as I would have given a 5 star provided a bit better knowledge from the online chat and the item arriving not damaged.
