I am totally please at the whole process. From the phone call to order, talk with a Pro that would be steering me to the correct Boards for my Truck. Cost was extremely fair. Speed of delivery was outstanding. Now comes the good part. My package arrived early. Install was very easy. I said we should just call this "Plug & Play. Took approximately an hour, Start to clean up. Final out come. Wonderful. I'll just sum it up by saying. Quality, Cost, & Speed. This is exactly what I wanted. Order wheels, Tires, and suspension parts. The suspension showed up in a destroyed box, missing parts, and including somebody else's hardware. Completely unusable. Contacted customer service, started a ticket, sent photos of all the damage. Been a week and haven't received any help whatsoever. Called a couple times. Tell me they "added a note" to the support ticket both timea. Not helping. Disappointed. Was going to ask for replacements, but now I just want a refund so I can order the parts elsewhere.
*Update 2 weeks later*
Finally got a hold of Realtruck customer support. They are sending me new parts and filing a claim against FedEx for screwing up the delivery. Changing this review from 1 star to 3 star. I would use Realtruck again.
