David was a tremendous help. I called trying to get some info for my older truck (1997 Ford F350), i asked the lady who answered to give me someone who was born before my truck was built. I got David so far he fit my needs. I was asking about headlight replacements and i wanted to know the quality of the Anzo LED. He reassured me they are high quality. I asked a lot of questions and he had a good answer for everything. I mentioned I was just tire kicking and looking for info and he said he would give me a few $ off if I ordered them now, what the heck my questions were answered why not get them now instead of in a few weeks as originally planned. Neither David or I could find the 70% off deal a friend of a friend's brother's girlfriend's dad said was on the internet. I mean with it on the internet it has to be true.

After being unable to find seat covers for my exact model I reluctantly tried the chat feature. I usually do not do this due to poor experiences in the past. In this case, while it did take some time, we were able to locate just what I was looking for, and it saved me $10!
Ordered a $2000 Tonneau cover from them and they shipped it without all the parts. When I contacted them they said it would take 5 business days for them to open a ticket to review. Then they emailed and wanted me to provide photos of the serial number and possibly other photos so the manufacturer could review and see if they could find the missing parts. The missing parts are just the clamp kit which is boxed and sold individually if needed. I requested they send me the parts kit and they can deal with the manufacturer. All I received in return was the exact same email they previously sent. Never will buy from this company again. I went and ordered the clamp kit from etrailer.com for $25. Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere but RealTruck.
