In the chat a salesperson miss place an item, I try to let him know and no response and then he ships the wrong item. Ridiculous way to treat a customer. I will be out of the right part for my trip and have to deal with the returning of the wrong part. Customer service can't do anything to help me.

Real Truck had a Labor Day Sale, and I called in to get more information on Tonneau covers. Greg Souther was extremely knowledgable on the BakFlip F1 cover and a please to work with. Greg also had a recommendation on a nice accessory. Greg went beyond and above a customer service rep.
I ordered "custom seat covers" for my 2020 Ram Truck. The correct seat covers were ordered, but the wrong seat covers were sent. I called and talked with customer service agent and was told that the items were not returnable because it was a "Custom Order". After several months and more than 20 conversations with customer service - supervisors - managers - PayPal - My Bank... finally PayPal reversed charges. It was only after being told there was nothing that could be done... many times... I just kept calling PayPal until I finally found someone who actually would look at the pictures I sent depicting the mistake made in the order. Not the way to spend 2 months... angry. I noticed only after the problem that there were many others posting online reviews with similar complaint. Next time I will do better research before making a large purchase.
Ordered Nurf Bars for my Ram. A bolt, nut and a couple washers were missing. Small bags sealed but still were not there. They got me the needed parts quickly. The bars installed easily and look great. Customer service super to work with. I will be recommending them to my friends.

The tonneau cover I purchased was delivered with none of the necessary parts for installation. Support has been extremely unhelpful and I'm told it will take well over a week to sort this out, and I have no idea where my ticket stands. I'll be leaving additional reviews elsewhere as working with realtruck has been a nightmare.
I know you get what you pay for. I was hesitant to purchase the Atak, simply because of the price. But once it was installed its like my Rebel woke up. Sounds fantastic.
Shipping was so quick, I had it in two days. When it arrived, the box was completely retaped on one side and it gave me pause and concern on if the exhaust was damaged inside. When we opened up the box, I was relieved. They package it so well!

Went to place an order for a dash mat. Site prompts an agent that is slow and doesn't state the "savings" until about 20 minutes into interaction. I ended up getting $1.97 off a dash mat. What a ridiculous waste of time. That's more of an inconvenience than a discount since I'll never get my 20 minutes back. Lame.
