Went to place an order for a dash mat. Site prompts an agent that is slow and doesn't state the "savings" until about 20 minutes into interaction. I ended up getting $1.97 off a dash mat. What a ridiculous waste of time. That's more of an inconvenience than a discount since I'll never get my 20 minutes back. Lame.
Went well. Tyler knew what I had, what my concerns were and found the bed cover that will work.

Christopher was awesome. I had a running board mat get loose and lost. I had bought the Gladiator running boards several years ago when i bought a new truck. Christopher did some research and nailed it head on. The mat matched and i am a very happy camper so i am going to order the other side so i have brand new looking running boards. I will shop here again.

Yesterday I realized that I order the wrong headlights so I cancel the order and I re order the correct lights but they did no cancel the order and the order was ship now I have to wait for someone to send me an email and tell me what I need to do to do a return my opinion is that if you cancel something 20 minutes after you place the order is so you don't get charge 2 times for the orders don't worry I still goint to order more parts from you guys have a good day.

Was here way faster than we ever thought it would be. My only problem is they charged us taxes for green co. Springfield, mo & we are in tunas, mo which is Dallas Co.
After talking to salesman I thought I had purchased something that would be an easy install. But when I started to look at directions this wasn't an easy task. Tearin into dash was not explained. I think I need to send them back. It's not a plug and play. It a time consuming job. This was never explained to me. If I was told how much it took to put these on I would of never even thought about buying them. I need to get a return label to return them. I never even tried because tearing my truck apart inside is to much trouble. This is a very bad purchase and I would tell anyone to think twice about buying them. Very disappointed in my purchase
