Was here way faster than we ever thought it would be. My only problem is they charged us taxes for green co. Springfield, mo & we are in tunas, mo which is Dallas Co.
After talking to salesman I thought I had purchased something that would be an easy install. But when I started to look at directions this wasn't an easy task. Tearin into dash was not explained. I think I need to send them back. It's not a plug and play. It a time consuming job. This was never explained to me. If I was told how much it took to put these on I would of never even thought about buying them. I need to get a return label to return them. I never even tried because tearing my truck apart inside is to much trouble. This is a very bad purchase and I would tell anyone to think twice about buying them. Very disappointed in my purchase

I ran across your web site while looking for step bars for my truck. What I found looked good and was priced lower than I expected. The customer service rep was very helpful and helped me place the order via phone. When I didn't see an email confirming the transaction, I became a little concerned. I went back to the website, initiated a chat and the representative was able to resolve the issue. Just one of those internet snafu's I guess. Any way. The order was delivered on Thursday 8/25 and I installed them the next day in about 1.5 hrs by myself. They look great! Totally satisfied with the product (Iconic 5" step bars) and with the assistance I received by both employees!

I had found the Westin HDX Drop Steps on Amazon for less. I did a live chat with real truck and they were abel to price match. I ordered them that same night and by the next day that had already shipped them. This is my second set of these drop steps. I ordered my first set from real truck as well. These steps are very sturdy and fit perfect. They look awesome as well. Pluss they don't drop down that much but enough to give a good step up into your truck. The anti slip pad makes it very safe when your foot is wet. I would recommend these steps to enyone looking for a sturdy and stylish drop step for there truck.

I asked the advice of staff to make sure a bug shield would fit my truck. They claimed it would. The day I ordered it, I called the manufacturer. They said it would not fit. I called real Truck before it shipped. They canceled the order then shipped it later and charged me. I've called twice for a shipping label to return it and still don't have it. Horrible experience.
