Told him yes and gave all information for shipping and billing. I ordered on August 17th and received on Aug 24. It was packaged well no damage and all parts were included. I installed it in less than 1 hr, watch an installation video on YouTube provided by RealTruch. Very straightforward and easy to install. Very happy with my purchase.

I placed a relatively big order and wanted to use affirm on it. I called to see if there were any discounts. I told the agent I wanted the front and rear bilstein 5100 shocks for my truck. After sending him all the part numbers he quoted $1,524 and I was fine with that because it was within my affirm limit so I placed the order. When I received the conformation email I noticed it was only one front and one rear shock which doesn't do any good for me. I contacted him through live chat and told them to cancel the order because I didn't have the money to pay out of pocket for the other two shocks. Instead of canceling like I asked he pressured me to try and apply for PayPal credit twice and a bigger affirm loan that I was already maxed on. I wanted him to just cancel the order before it shipped so I can order it all together later but he didn't listen and was just determined to make the sale.

Called about a tonneau cover I saw online to see if it locked. It didn't but the person I spoke to hooked me up with one that did. I'm happy with the experience and hope I am with the tonneau cover.
I bought a gift card. The card did not work when I tried to use it. I called customer service. They could not figure it out. They asked for a photo of the card. I sent them the photo of the card with the unique ID on the front. They said it would be 24 hours for a response. I waited. No response. I called and emailed again. No response. Finally after 3 weeks they said they could not find it. They told me sorry and the issue is resolved with no refund of the money. They asked for a photo again of both sides of the card. I sent them the photos. I explained it says "no expiration". Clearly they stopped using the software that tracks the cards balance. They responded with "terms subject to change" and kept my money. Give your money to better sites that do business fairly in this country and don't outsource. See below
