I ordered a pair of running boards two weeks ago. They shipped in 2 boxes; the running boards in 1 box & the brackets & mounting hardware in the 2nd box. The hardware to mount the running boards to the brackets was missing. After doing an online chat with an agent, I finally made her understand (or so I thought) what was missing. Long story, short, I received a package about a week later that was identical to the one I had originally received; brackets and mounting hardware but NO nuts and bolts to attach the running boards to the brackets! This was also after sending 3 emails to the company. The matter is still unresolved.

This is the addendum to my original review that I was hoping to provide. After speaking to an agent on Tuesday morning, I got the correct nuts & bolts today. I can finally proceed with installation of my running boards. Still one star because of the frustration I endured prior to today.

Received the wrong part for 22 chevy 2500hd crew cab 6'9" bed. What I received was for 15 - 22 canyon/Colorado. Waiting on further instructions. Bed mat was correct for my truck. Quick shipping and receiving products though.

It took two people and two phone calls to let feel like yhe order was complete and one cancellation. Their was not enough infortmation on the item unti[ asked a question as the order was being completed and placed and was to fast.
