Ordered by phone and I was helped by Gary it went as easy as possible. My only concern was the delivery fed ex dropped the box in the middle of my driveway and didn't knock or ring the doorbell to notify us it was there luckily we were home but what if we weren't there. Very unprofessional. I haven't opened the box yet hopefully it's not damaged. Looks like it was taped shut and one end of the box was open.

Ordered some wheels, that were said to be available. Didn't hear on delivery time, made a request only to find out my order was cancelled and my money would be returned in 5 business days. I called to see what happened, the gentleman that I spoke to said they do have the wheels on stock, 56 of them at the warehouse, so it was suggested I order again and the lug nuts to go with them. So I did, and again a couple days later the order was cancelled due to no stock. Now I am waiting for 2 refunds, and I have no wheels, but I have lug nut for them coming. Trying to cancel on their home page as instructed doesn't work. So I had to call again, and now am waiting for a email or call back. Very poor service and knowledge of product availability.

Bad experience with placing an order. First one got charge to my card but had to email and chat with a rep. Second time same order was place and now receiving an email that its cancelled. But a previous email sent says part of the order is shipped. I don't want these parts anymore.
