My call was answered on the second ring and the person on the other end was very courteous and helpful with answering questions regarding a match for my pickup and whether my order could be shipped to my physical address since I have a post office box. It was a quick and easy experience that was done in about five minutes.

Used the chat to check for current sales or discounts on AMP power boards. They were running a deal and to save $100 if I used the chat to enter order etc. Went super smooth and came with free 2 day shipping which is nice for a large heavy item.
I tried to order online, the site wouldn't let me order what I wanted. I tried the chat option. The person was very helpful and with a few tries we were able to make the purchase. Anxious to see if what comes is correct.
The customer service reps are nice but I had two major issues during my transactions. First, rep sold me the wrong number of bracket covers despite questioning if that was correct. As a result having to wait on receiving wrong order just to return, then placing correct order. Two, upon receipt, most (painted) running board brackets were significantly chipped. These two issues could have been easily prevented and undoubtedly cost the company unnecessary money and the customers time.
