After booking, confirming and paying for a hotel, they cancelled on us 2 weeks prior to our departure, stating no availblity. We called the hotel directly and ther was avaiilabilty. They then offered us lower quality hotel. DO Not waste your Money and time. Customer Service is NON existing. Keep you on hold for literaly hours.
We booked through prestiga and our accommodations were "relocated twice". Halfway through our trip they gave us a notice saying that they could not secure the accommodation that was confirmed a month ago. HORRIBLE. They tried relocating us to an accommodation that was a thousand dollars below the value that we payed for. When we did not accept the relocation, they decided that their only option was to refund us. Leaving us without a hotel on our honeymoon at our next location.
I repeat DO NOT USE PRESTIGIA.

Site reload was slow but I was able to complete the transaction. Also, information about all fees seemed uncertain and hidden. I am not fond of hidden fees and like transparency. It would be helpful to have all fees displayed in a organized fashion.

I would expect to pay € 261.27 in total, as per the online offer. But in the email from T hotel they tell me that I will have to pay € 266.40 at the hotel in addition to the € 25 in advance already paid...

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
