This is a horrible company who scams consumers. They've found many loopholes in the systems and you'll see hundreds of stories of people who have been taken advantage of in innocent ways. They've promised me a refund for 18 months (a year and a half) and the behavior has been so shady/devious. I STILL don't have my $379 back despite the hotel and a third party claiming they just kept my money. Luckily I've escalated to American Express, Barclays etc and have open cases with all and been reporting them to travel websites as well. Please do the same. Most of these reviews are fake.
We booked Orka Royal Hotel & Spa in Istanbul via Prestigia.com and fully paid for our booking in February of 2023 for our October 2023 trip (24th Wedding Anniversary).
Upon arriving at the Hotel in Istanbul, we were told by Hotel Staff that this booking was non-existing and that they were fully booked!
Upon hearing from Prestigia.com the following day (after 24 hours), Prestigia.com admitted that their local Turkish partner made a mistake by not completing the booking even though they have charged our credit card 8 months earlier!.
They promised us a full refund within 2-5 business days which it has never happened and we are still awaiting our Full Refund after 25 Days.
Do yourself a favor by not Using Prestigia.com when booking.
They canceled my booking a month after I hooked it and 2 weeks before my arrival due to a "technical error". I had to rebook a hotel at a different site at a much higher price. I will never use this company again. Please stay away
This is an awful company as far as honesty, integrity,and professionalism.
They take your money and do not honor the refund rules they publish.

Stole my money, never booked the hotel, worst customer service ever, telling e that there is nothing they can do and it's a technical error, want to change the hotel to another that is half the price, half the room size, outside of the city and 2 stars less than the one we booked for the same price or else there's nothing they can do. If I could give these cowboys a minus rating, I would. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH PRESTIGIA! I booked a hotel in Barcelona for two days after a cruise and paid £271, plus there's a fee you pay when you arrive at the hotel, which was fine. On completion of the booking, I received a booking reference number, so the hotel was booked. I then received an email from Prestigia telling me that they were CANCELLING the booking, because they had updated their system and the rate had changed. I called the hotel in Barcelona, and they told me no booking was ever made in my name. This company are duty bound to honour the reservation I had with them, but because someone at their end found that the rate had gone up AFTER I had a confirmation from them, they're trying to cancel the booking?!

They didn't send confirmation and there was no confirmation done I had to book with another company those guys are thieves save your money use somebody who respect there customers and there booking needs and time I lost $$ and time that is very limited will never use or recommend to anybody
Beware of Pretigia! Never Again!
After charging full payment and providing a booking confirmation we were advised that our booking actually DID NOT EXIST! We booked with Prestigia via Trivago, to attend a Taylor Swift Concert in Melbourne with my daughters and despite being charged full payment, 7 months in advance, and receiving a booking confirmation, our booking actually did not exist! Upon checking with the hotel directly we were told that we never had a booking with them!
So why does Pretigia take payment and provide confirmation for bookings that do not exist!
We are now significantly out of pocket after having to quickly rebook with another hotel due to the increased pricing for the same date period. They will not take any responsibility which is amazing!
Trivago should take them off their platform!
I booked with them and once i reach the hotel they said that we didn't receive the money from them and i paid again and i contacted with them to refund my money back as hotel said and they round and play with me only more than 6 months
I paid for a reservation that was later canceled because of "technical issues" and now the price has doubled from $2k to $4k. What a scam. Run from this company. Fraudulent
I wouldn't advise anyone to use Prestigia at all, I booked through their website and got charged their fees and not the hotel's on a non refundable and non cancellable reservation and when I asked their customer service that I want this to be cancelled she advised to send an email to the same email which I emailed an inquiry and never received any feedback (because according to her if I cancelled online, I will be charged the reservation fees and not have it refunded - this is a JOKE) so I check with the hotel about my reservation and they advise me that its not in their system so I spent four days following with Prestigia about the reservation and the only thing they respond that they are working on it, I wish I did not book with them, the money I thought I was saving was wasted on an unnecessary international call, why would someone waste their time and energy on such a horrible hotel booking website.
I would definitely recommend to use other hotel reservation sites that REALLY respect their customers, pay little bit more but at least enjoy your plan trouble and stress free.
WORST COMPANY AND COSTUMER SERVICE EVER
We ordered a room and a few hours later they emailed us that the order was cancelled by us, even though we didn't do such a thing. After confronting us and taking our money (about 7 days of on-going emails), they decided to partially refund us instead of giving back the whole refund or just un-cancelling the reservation. This is the worst costumer service I ever encountered, I don't wish my worst enemies to confront them, and I will never get even near this site.
Don't make a mistake in booking with PRETIGIA! Read their reservations and cancellations; "Prestigia.com has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure event or other causes beyond their direct control." IS THIS FAIR ENOUGH FOR CONSUMERS/CUSTOMERS? Our trip was cancelled because of cancellations of flights due to bad weather. The hotel cancelled our booking and did not charge us of any amount. Do NOT book any of your accommodation with Prestigia. This company is a scammer, dishonest scheme and fraud. I booked accommodation with Prestigia for my trip in Vietnam at Novotel Saigon 2nd November to 9th November 2022. Booking was make in 1st March 2022 and somehow 2 days later on the 3rd March Prestigia cancelled my reservation without my acknowledgement or any notification. The whole time I thought the booking was confirmed and everything is good to go. So on the day of checking in the hotel staff told me that the reservation was cancelled there was no reservation book under my name. I was shocked I only see this kind of thing happened in the movie now I experienced first hand ( if you want that experience highly recommended you book with Prestigia LOL) just kidding Don't. So I have to paid 1.2k out of pockets to book a room while trying to get in contact with Prestigia. Communication with the company is terrible sending them an email you needed to wait for 2 days for a response. Prestigia finally got back to me 2 days later telling me that Yes your reservation is well confirmed with Novotel and Prestigia gave me a random code so I ran down to the reception desk 2am in the morning trying to find out weather the hotel try to make extra money from me but turn out Prestigia never bother to contact the hotel. So next morning I spoken with the hotel manager and she's forwarded the email thread between hotel and Prestigia in the email Prestigia clearly stated a request to cancelled the reservation on the 3rd March and lasted email on 3rd of November after the incident happened Prestigia email Novotel telling them to log in online and charge me for my accommodation again. Novotel was like no He booked the new reservation directly through us so Novotel did not charge Prestigia for my stay in there hotel. So prestigia own me a refund amount but the refuse to give me a refund and now they completely ignore my email. So Yeah.
Prestigia.com runs a shady yet lucrative "third party booking business" that takes advantage of people wanting to travel on a budget.
They often don't book rooms or bait and switch, but then have Ts and Cs saying they aren't responsible for anything… which lets them steal from you.
They're gambling on innocent people moving too quickly and booking through them once they see cheap prices.
You can read many horror stories about them cancelling reservations or never even booking them through Instagram, Facebook, twitter, Reddit, TripAdvisor, trustpilot and more.
After deeper research, they have multiple dissolved trademarks, register in different countries to keep running and avoid being taken down legally overseas, while providing scummy customer service. They don't respond to emails or phone, yet will take the time to fight your credit dispute.
Please avoid supporting this awful " company" and putting your hard earned money into the pockets of these creeps running this business. These reviews are fake and none of them are legit! Do not trust!
I booked a hotel for Lisbon back in September using Prestigia.com. I had until the 25th to cancel the booking at no cost. I canceled on the 17th because I found a hotel the had a better location even though it was more expensive. Once I went to my account and canceled I booked the new hotel with booking.com
Prestigia charge me $60 right after I booked with them even though they said there was no charge until the 25th and later I found a charge for the hotel too. When I asked they are saying I stayed at the hotel I had canceled! It seems I was at two places at the same time. Shameful. Big SCAM. Do not book anything using this website!
Prestigia Hotels is a huge scam and so are the reviews on here. Prestigia is a 'luxury hotel agency" that will sometimes book the rooms promised, sometimes not. If they dont book the hotel, you're out of luck as they've figured out a way to get around it so you can't get your money back because they have a cancellation policy that says they arent responsible for ANYTHING! That means they take your money, and can steal from you as the T's and C's negates the services they are "providing".
Please book directly with hotels and do not use this company. Check out the reviews on Tripadvisor, their instagram, facebook, etc and you'll see ALL the horror stories of how they've left people stranded and bank on exhaust customers who try to get their money back.
They also are submitting fake/anonymous reviews on here, to prevent reviews like this from showing.

Stay away. They canceled my reservation last minute without any support and help quoting a bs/security reason that's never ever happened before. Get your stuff together people. This is not the way to treat your customers.
Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
