Instead of apartments with beds for 3 people each and a kitchenette, due to a "glitch" from Prestigia side, we received double rooms at a different location. Too bad if you are travelling with 6 people and relied on these beds from the apartment description. Even though we booked 4 adults and 2 kids, Prestigia only forwarded 4 adults as otherwise the max capacity at these small rooms would have been exceeded. Prestigia promised us to find a solution the same day but a final answer first came after our 3 nights at this place were completed. They offered us a refund of around 40€ and did not consider any of our concerns/problems which were clearly stated by phone and by email to them. We ended up paying around 500€ extra and had all the hazzle, coordination, etc., instead of being able to enjoy our vacation.

I booked a room for our family of 4, that we had been saving up for for a year. Realised I had made a mistake and booked the wrong room. Within 24hrs I cancelled the room, and asked for a refund as it was over $5000 for a week holiday. They said it was non refundable, and have kept our money. I spoke to the hotel directly and they said that there are no restrictions on that room, and that we should be allowed a refund with no issues. I then contacted prestigia.com to inform them. They said they are keeping our $5000. This company is the biggest scam company with no morals or ethics. Stay away. Go with someone else.
The company offered a price which changed after purchase.They have told me it has been escalated and someone would get in contact, but they have not. Prestigia the company is practicing falsely and they are not owning up to their error.
BEWARE of 'prestigia.com' they stole money, wont return phone calls or emails and no hotel booking has been made, AVOID at all cost! They dont allow you to comment on their social media so they can continue to scam people.
Awful fraudulent company. We booked a cancellable hotel for 14 nights and the same day seen it cheaper somewhere else. I cancelled and received an email confirming the c £15k refund would be returned in 3-5 days. 23 days later and still nothing… - after 10 days I was told it was due to a delay but it was "processing" and would be refunded in 1-2 days. Nothing. After 14 days I was told they were pleased to inform me it was monitored closely and the "head of finance" said it would be released that week. Nothing. After 20 days I was told it was in the payment is reaching the "final stages of processing". Nothing. Again. All lies. It's been a terribly experience - stay away from this company if you don't want to lose your money.
As others have stated, these reviews are fake. I booked through them because I found their rate on Kayak and saw sitejabber.com had decent ratings... I booked some black friday deals amounting to $3.3k with free cancellation for a year. I started looking in to this comany about a month later and got paranoid so I cancelled my bookings and got e-mails stating that I would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. That was over a month ago. Customer service was unhelpful and told me to keep on waiting, they were checking the status of my refund with their internal team but never actually provided an update. Stalling tactic to run out the clock on your ability to file a chargeback with your credit card provider (90 days for most cards). I filed with American Express and won the disputes and luckily got my money back. Know that if you have a booking with this company, its a scam and you should do what you can immediately to cut your losses. If you go on your trip, you will be out the money Prestigia stole from you plus the money you will spend to find substitute housing. Reddit.com and tripadvisor.com are filled with stories about them from real people, not paid bots! Sitejabber is helping perpetuate the fraud. I have reached out to Kayak.com and Sitejabber.com directly to report this business in hopes they do the ethical thing and remove them!
I booked a stay at Iberostar Selection Cancun on December 2nd. I then received a confirmation of my stay (multiple confirmations) and they charged my credit card, so I then proceed to book approximately $3,000 worth of non-refundable flights for my family and I. Little did I know on 1/10/2024, 39 days later after my reservation was confirmed, I received an email that they cancelled my reservation. I was absolutely appalled that a company can do this to a consumer. I now have $3000 worth of flights and nowhere to stay. Prestigia has not offered any concessions, not a single action to try to help me with my situation. Their website brags about "immediate confirmation of your reservation." This is an absolute farce. I will be looking to see what legal options there are to pursue and highly encourage anyone considering Prestigia to go elsewhere. Just look at the reviews, this is not an isolated incident. It's standard practice for this organization. I'm hopeful I can speak to an attorney and see if a class action is warranted since so many others have had this same experience.
This is a horrible company who scams consumers. They've found many loopholes in the systems and you'll see hundreds of stories of people who have been taken advantage of in innocent ways. They've promised me a refund for 18 months (a year and a half) and the behavior has been so shady/devious. I STILL don't have my $379 back despite the hotel and a third party claiming they just kept my money. Luckily I've escalated to American Express, Barclays etc and have open cases with all and been reporting them to travel websites as well. Please do the same. Most of these reviews are fake.
We booked Orka Royal Hotel & Spa in Istanbul via Prestigia.com and fully paid for our booking in February of 2023 for our October 2023 trip (24th Wedding Anniversary).
Upon arriving at the Hotel in Istanbul, we were told by Hotel Staff that this booking was non-existing and that they were fully booked!
Upon hearing from Prestigia.com the following day (after 24 hours), Prestigia.com admitted that their local Turkish partner made a mistake by not completing the booking even though they have charged our credit card 8 months earlier!.
They promised us a full refund within 2-5 business days which it has never happened and we are still awaiting our Full Refund after 25 Days.
Do yourself a favor by not Using Prestigia.com when booking.
They canceled my booking a month after I hooked it and 2 weeks before my arrival due to a "technical error". I had to rebook a hotel at a different site at a much higher price. I will never use this company again. Please stay away
Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
