Was very easy to make the reservation, however, did not know that it was going be a room where smoking was allowed until I actually entered the room very late at night so it was too late to change. This was no clear or mentioned on the website at the time of booking. I made the mistake of assuming it was non-smoking, since almost all rooms are non-smoking in Canada and the USA, unlike other parts of the world.
Booked thru Trivago. Too early to know if it is a good experience. I will know after he trip is completed.
After I booked my stay in Waikiki through Prestigia, my bank alerted me to a possible fraud situation with them. I will call them tomorrow and talk to the Fraud Dept. to see why they warned me. Regardless, Prestigia debited by account immediately.

I was very surprised that you already charged me for my stay at Crowne Plaza for June 17-22,2026, i don't get charged until I check-in, this was such a Shock to me. I will be staying at Crowne Plaza in Washington DC. Thank you
We booked an all inclusive vacation to Jamaica through Prestigia. After the hurricane we felt that it was better to cancel. They offered a 100% refund at the time of booking as long as the cancelation was within a specified date. So we canceled and were promised that refund as we were well within the cancelation window. They immediately replied with a cancelation and refund promise of the full amount. Well, after numerous emails and phone calls we still did not receive that refund. They just kept stringing us along promising that it would be there soon. Since our credit card had a dispute limit time frame we finally put in a dispute and went through all of that hassle. So, finally after 4 months our credit card company secured our money back for us. I would never trust this company and let this serve as a warning to others.
The whole booking process was easy to follow and communication response was good as well. This is the first time I used this platform and certainly give me confidence to use it again in future bookings.

I was worried as after I booked through Prestigia Site I read some reviews which were not very positive, however, that has not been my experience. I got an excellent price on the Empress Hotel in Victoria BC and had no problems at all checking in or out of the hotel.

So far so good. But, as usual, there's a little bit of hesitation when using a new service. I do hope that although I got a really good rate on this hotel, that I don't get put in a bad room that needs some sort of maintenance, or has not been updated to hotel standards.
So far so good... hopefully we get a good room away from the elevator on a high floor. I would definitely be disappointed if we got an outdated room with issues that need to be addressed.

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
