I made a booking today about 2 hours back, I called the hotel but they said we haven't received yet?

Easy to use. Only issue is when I went to look up something it was in French & could not find English.
The price I ended up with from Trivago was the same as that offered by the Hotel (Hilton) itself, so no benefit. Also it is impossible to actually speak with a person at Trivago if you have a problem. I appreciate advances in AI technology but nothing substitutes for human interaction. I will most likely never use Trivago again.

Site offered a very competitive rate upfront on a 4 night stay. I'm not sure if that rate is real or not. At checkout, my receipt said I would owe an additional $14O. 00 US PER NIGHT at the hotel. (I'm assuming for resort fees?). ALL other consolidator sites say the bookings owe an additional $140 at the hotel. PERIOD. Ie

I think this was my first time using this booking site. The booking process was smooth, however the price for the room was not transparent. You wouldn't know the actual cost unless you want through the booking process.

The room description wasn't fully clear. I thought I was getting the One Bedroom Terrace Suite, Fountain View - but discovered it's not the Fountain view room today. I've called the hotel and will hopefully get that room when we check-in tomorrow. Thank you for such great pricing on this stay, and we'll make the most of it however it works out.
Very good price for our favorite hotel, and easy to book. This is the 2nd time we've used Prestigia and I highly recommend them.
Fairly straightforward experience although I could not see an option to select or pay for breakfast. Maybe it's an option to do that on arrival but I'd like to have selected this at the booking stage.

For whatever reason my credit card was refused twice. Chase for some reason has a poroblem with Prestigia

The reservation process was basically fine, but after the cancellation, Prestigia held onto the money for more than two weeks until they refunded it! That's completely unacceptable. Good companies transfer the money within three days.
I never used you before, and I had never heard of you before, but, my experience to date has been excellent.
The hotel showed no rooms available. But with Prestigia I was able to book one.

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
