Your internet ads are not truthful, you advertise a hotel stay price, then when clicking on it we get a more expensive price.
Booked a room that was shown to be available, I received a voicemail about 30 minutes before I arrived to the hotel saying my reservation was cancelled. Tried calling Prestigia back multiple times and got a recording saying no agents were available. Had to make last second reservations at a different hotel, costing me significantly more money.
