Easy transaction
Our room #1001 at international hotel had no heat!
Called repeatedly and no answer from front desk or room service!
Finally a maintenance guy arrived, said he could not fix and in 30+ freezing minutes, sent up four blankets - I've communicated with owner with no returned $$$ offered. Just his apology & "understanding" of our miserable stay at his hotel.
First time booking with prestigia and unless we hear directly regarding this horrid stay with appropriate respinse, won't use prestigia again.
