I tried to get hotel reservation at Discovery Suites Ortigas, Mandaluyong City Philippines last Nov 19,2024.
I received an email from your office regarding booking confirmation at said hotel -Discovery Suites. I also received.an email from my BPI credit card card service provider that said transaction with your office has been approved and payment to your office has been charged to my credit card.However, When I checked in, I was told by the reception desk
Assistant that they ddnt have any official.transaction with your office regarding my hotel reservation. So I hhad to get a new reservation and pay again. In this regard, I would like tk request for a full refund of my payment in the amount of P27,714.82. Thank you for your kind, prompt and favorable action regarding this matter.

Do not book with Prestigia ever, my first time booking has been a total nightmare! I had to cancel my booking because of a family matter on the 9th November 2024, and despite numerous emails & phone calls asking where my refund is, still 20th December 2024 I still have not received it, despite being told i should within 5-7 days. Not a company a consumer can trust. Stay away from them.

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
