No he tenido este tipo de experiencia desagradable en otros intermediarios con los que normalmente suelo trabajar, que lo pasan al cobro entre 3-7 dias antes del check-in, lo tendré en cuenta para futuras operaciones.
I strongly advise others to avoid booking with Prestigia.com. I cancelled my reservation at the Splendid Hotel in Montenegro (June 19–24,2025) well in advance and according to their stated policy. Despite receiving confirmation of the cancellation, I have not been refunded, and my repeated emails and inquiries have been completely ignored. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I have given the company multiple opportunities to resolve this matter privately, but their silence shows a clear lack of responsibility and respect for their customers. If I do not receive the refund immediately, I will proceed with legal action and publish this case on additional consumer protection platforms and forums. Avoid this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

It would take my boyfriends card and we nor mine at first and it took me 4 times. We both have excellent credit. Annoying. Get rid of having to request the bank name. No one does that and another annoying thing.

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
