The hotel I was staying with authorised a 50% room refund and advised Prestigia in writing. They have refused to provide the authorised refund, with excuse after excuse. Numerous emails have been sent to them asking for the refund and they simply reply with delay tactics and more excuses. It's been over a month now and still no refund. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES.

I booked a room via the website with free cancellation.
I later cancelled the reservation and was told by email "A refund of xyz EUR will reflect in your account in 7 to 10 business days."
That was two months ago - and still no refund, and no progress despite multiple emails say that they are processing it.
Very disappointing - BE AWARE - do not stay at these hotels!

Had a small delay because my bank blocked my booking as suspicious because it was unusual transaction. Wasn't sure why. Contacted by Prestigia to let me know why. Sorted the overseas booking with bank so it cleared, Prestigia held my price and room until sorted. Also by far the best price. Very happy with service
