I had to cancel a trip that was booked with Prestigia. I cancelled well within the window and received an email from Prestigia stating I would get a full refund within 7-10 business days. When the 10 days passed by, I called and was told they were working on it. I emailed and was given an auto generated response. Now I can't even get someone to pick up the phone when I call. Absolutely terrible.

Careful when you use this company they hide behind their customer service. It's in some foreign country that will not help you when you need help their website created an error for me and double charge me and they refuse to give me my money back. They just said there's nothing they can do horrible company. I don't use them if I ever can stay away.

We reserved one night at Trump International Hotel. The Hotel exceeded any and all of our expectations. Fabulous, Clean, wonderful dining experience, room was magnificent. Staff was well above average in service and efficiency.

Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
