They charge additional fees and are 35% higher after all settlement with hotel. When you call, they argue with you and try to talk over you and are in essence rude! I DO NOT recommend these people to anyone and are a foreign company.

Had to enter my credit card into multiple times for it to register and for some reason they ask for the bank name on the card. Since it was an Apple Card I put Goldman Sachs which is the issuing bank but it only worked when I put Apple. Plus I got an email saying my payment wasn't completed, and I click the link to complete it, and then I wound up getting charged twice. But the price was right!
It was really easy to book through Prestigia. The site had good rates for hotels as well. Overall would recommend the site to all.

I tried to use a 50% first time user code and it wouldn't take it. While your site was still the least expensive I booked anyway because of having to attend a funeral. This unexpected expense would have been nice to have been able to use the 50% off code.

I did a booking from 30 April to 07 may. With good offer and prices. Easy way of booking. I hope it doesn't go well and I will give the respective feedback later.
Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
