I used to enjoy ordering from this company, but it seems as they've grown, the service or lack of keeps getting worse. For anyone that isn't aware, they have implemented a handling charge that is not noted anywhere on the website or at checkout. Every order placed is subject to a handling fee of approximately $0.80 - $1.00. And the customer service agent refuses to tell you WHEN the charge was implemented.
Y'all need to stop this $#*!.

Be careful. You can not delete your credit card info once they have it. The is a glitch they will not acknowledge. Ask them to delete the whole account and they don't seem to do that either

The tie rod broke after a few months... I almost killed myself while driving. Would not refund the order. Beware of parts quality with this web site.

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
