Ceramic pads arrived 3 days after purchase and 2 weeks before Estimated arrival, visually looks like a pretty quality product compared to Oem, install was easy peasy everything fit great although had to use Old clips for the pads, they work great so far no issues bringing me to quick stop.
While I cannot speak to the longevity of the lights they are made of excellent material, nicely presented and meet my needs on all counts. Got them for my 02 F150 pickup.
I highly recommend this product.
They have BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a Canadian company. Ordered a Left side upper control arm, received what was clearly a Right side control arm since the ABS wire bracked was on the wrong side - it did not even seem to be for the same car.
Online chat support was next to useless - they told me to follow website directions and I would be refunded. I shipped the parts back on my money. I waited the "policy" 10 business days, and when there was nothing still I contacted them again. When I finally got my refund it was 60% of what I paid. Their policy states that they will refund fully PLUS shipping expenses if it is their fault.
Contacting online support again and they said will investigate and get back to me - this never happened. A few days later I have to contact again, to finally be told that I don't know what I'm talking about and it was the right part in the box. I sent them pictures clearly showing the ABS bracket being on the wrong side as compared to my part and as compared to web photos of that exact part number. At this point, they just completely stopped answering my e-mails.
Before buying online, I have check for reviews and on Facebook they looks are ok. My order never arrived and when I call them, there was not way to speak with them. Only response I got was from their "chat" they just asked me to wait, when I asked them to cancel my order they told me to wait. No spare parts and no money back.
I received an order from them and they sent completely the wrong item instead of wiper blade bushings they sent wheel nuts are you kidding me..
Website says it ships within 24 hours but did not ship for almost a week when you call for payment the customer service will answer immediately but every other line good luck..
Tried partsavatar after I found my usual US part site got too pricy due to the sinking canadian dollar. Now i've used them 3-4 times and the most recent is why i'm changing my review. I order parts on a friday before noon and it wasn't shipped until the following monday evening. And when it was shipped they used the slowest possible shipping agent in canada... purolator. On partsavatars website they claim my parcel would arrive between the 6th and 10th (ordered on the 3rd) but purolator is quoting the 22nd. When i tried to contact them by phone, email, and the "chat" button i have yet to get a response. So only order if it saves a great deal of money and you don't need the parts for 2 weeks. Once again rockauto will be my goto parts store.
Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
