No good stay clear

Waiting over 3 weeks for parts that are supposed to be processed tracking id doesnt work with canada post no call backs or emails want a refund but wont contact you but they dont hesitate to charge your card poor poor business

I ordered brake rotors. Then nothing happened. I chased this up a few days later, they said all is fine the order is being processed. 5 days later still nothing, Chased them again and informed item had been posted. 7days later item was actually shipped. So I was flat out lied to on two occasions. They Can't be trusted. Parts are cheap, most are junk. Pay more and go somewhere local. I went to ford in the end, I'd rather pay more than be lied to. Also on a previous order the transmission gasket leaked on day one. Replaced gasket from Ford, no leak now. Had to buy the transmission fluid twice and do the job twice. Trying for refund. No luck yet.

When you first buy from them they deliver the next day .But that did not last long until they sold me parts and shipped them without any emails or conformations .When I did finally find a tracking number and when asking postal sevices they told me it was not a recognized number and they had no idea where my package was ? The took moneys form my card with out a email of conformation to shipping or any interruptions .As it stands now the parcel is late and they will not return our calls or emails or answer their phones ???????? BUt they state much goodness in their company when reading their written words on site ? Iam never again going to deal with any companies on line sorry have had it ???/ beware of this one /

Beware of the mention "This product fits your vehicle" on there web page, half the time it won't I have ordered 2 CV axle, brake pad, disc and hardware, Bushings. CV axle won't fit even though it said "This product fits your vehicle" disc hardware not even close to fitting! Bushings way too big... Don't lose your time.

I placed an order on may 2 for parts, i paid them $195.00 this is may 8 and I still don't have any tracking info. I asked for a refund they said no because the order was processed. They keep saying it will ship soon but won't give me a shipping date, how can they get away with doing this to customers?

Ordered parts but cancelled the order within minutes after placing the order. Received confirmation by email that my order was cancelled but 5 days later the money was charged to my credit card. Now no one from that company will return my phone call or respond to my emails! Worst company ever! Everyone beware!

It seems as though I have fallen victim to parts avatar as well. Ordered parts on 4/13/2020. Checked their online tracking everyday and on 4/20/2020 their online system indicated my order has shipped and provided a tracking number. Upon taking that tracking number to Canada post they confirmed there is no information in relation to the tracking number they provided me. So here I am 10 days from ordering my parts. No parts, a fraudulent tracking number and no ability to cancel or help from customer service.

Do not buy from this company and please tell everyone you know to avoid. Absolutely terrible experience.

Ok first off I purchased cv axles off Parts Avatar there site sucks. So I went and purchased both cv axles the site never said out of stock get to that later. Anyways I kept waiting and waiting gave an extra week thinking covid-19 that wasnt the case I was getting my packages from usa faster than Canada and the sites is in Canada Pathetic. They dont care about consumers.

Do not get sucked into this company's BS. Read the legit reviews, not the 1 review fake accounts all with 5 stars.
I've been ripped off over $500 CDN and Paypal is defending them even with 7 pages of documentation. They provided none. Parts canceled by them, never shipped, never refunded. Parts returned, never refunded.
Warning, you've been warned, stay away. Bad bad business.

Ordered 340$ worth of parts.
They shipped 50$, but misled us to believe the entire order was shipped. 4 days later that one portion of the order arrived. Remaining order will ship SOON, but they refuse to give you a shipping date. Tried cancelling, but no avail. Order they say is in final stages, but still when pressed, unable to advise an expected ship date?
Charged the credit card 340$ though!
Numerous inquiries and chats ended in them simply saying wait for remaining products. Unable to cancel.
So I can almost do a brake job.
Run dont walk away from these guys!
Too bad I couldn't give e them a zero rating

Purchase the part for the parking brake the part is called park Brake equalizer tested it on the third time it broke contacted them return policy I was told return on my own dime which exceeds the price of the part. It is with regret that I will no longer be ordering parts from this company. The order was weeks not days as they assured me it would be.
THIS COMPANY SUCKS.

Unreliable shipping

I ordered some parts for my car and was told they would be shiped by a certain time. I waited all week and recieved a notice but when i tried to track the package to find out when i would expect it there was no info. They ship threw canada post which is one of the slowest sources avaialable and they struggle to provide tracking info. After multiple attempts of trying to find out what is going on both threw canadapost and the website i was left stone walled and they refused to give me a return or solid information of the parts proof of shipment.

I can understand that I ordered parts during the covid but i ordered parts from 2 other websites and they shiped with in the same day i placed the order. Extremely disastisfied.

I ordered some parts to fix up my car, their site advertises almost everywhere that order will ship out in 4-24 hours. I could days go by and I still don't have a tracking number so I contacted them about it, and they told me that the items have not been shipped out yet. I waited a few more days, and still nothing.

So got in contact with them again to cancel my order and get a refund, they said that they couldn't do it, and that the people who could were not in the office. Try again tomorrow, when I asked them what time someone would be in the office they said 7am-6:30pm EST, I asked why can't they talk to me today because it was only 6pm EST, in which I got no real response just more stalling until it was 6:30

Well the next day came and apparently my order shipped out, what a coincidence, so now when I ask for a refund its that they no longer have the items and that its out of their hands and in Canada post. So I contacted Canada post... no parcel under the fake tracking number they gave me. I did just type it into the online tracker either, I waited in line to connect with a actual person. Canada post for some reason decided to give the benefit of the doubt to the parts avatar for I don't now what reason.

Which brings me to today, Canada post still does not have the packages, not even the electronic information, and parts avatar still refuses to cancel and refund my order. They will refuse right up until they actually send the parts out most likely.

They are lairs and will not tell me the truth, you can find cheaper parts elsewhere, with people that actually care about customers, this company does not, they only want to make a quick penny from you in whatever way they can.

Parts Avatar has been a negative and frustrating experience specifically with the Brampton location. Customer service sucks, can never speak to anyone on the phone and 'Live Chat' is even more frustrating. In hindsight the throttle body I ordered arrived a week late which in itself was not a big issue. The part was exactly as I ordered (reason they get 1 star). There was a core charge which is supposed to be refunded when returned. I sent the core in but never received my refund. I share the same sentiments as many others, 'I should have read the reviews before dealing with this company'.

I should have read the other reviews prior to ordering from here. Like several other, I received the incorrect part. I paid the original shipping (not refunded) + shipping cost back. Then I was charged a 15% restocking fee - for the incorrect part! So ended up costing me almost $50 for nothing. Be warned!

They sent me the wrong part and wouldn't refund the total cost of the product or the return shipping even though on their website it states that they will reimburse you fully for the product and shipping. Stay away from this site, nothing but a scam.
