I found what I was looking for on Parts Avatar. I received it with in a week. Awesome service. I had trouble finding where to put my discount code, so I didn't get the 10% off. I ended up chating with someone at Parts Avatar and they put in a request for the discount. A few days later I got reimbursed directly to my bank. Thanks again Parts Avatar.

The person on the chat desk took forever between messages then tells me the part I selected does not fit my car and that you did not have any part that I wanted. I ordered it anyway. One thing about the part it did not come with a new bolt and nut.

Part ordered was listed as universal under the batteries but could not be used as a battery for my vehicle, had to return it with shipping cost. Was not happy this time. Have bought from PartsAvatar before and have always been satisfied. One bad experience will not stop me from continuing to get my parts from PartsAvatar but will ask a lot more questions of the part before purchasing the next time.

My first Order was on time and I am pleased with it. In the present order (2 Tires) I received
1(one) only. My many attempts to Customer Service,Sales,*******@partsavatar.ca have been useless. Some poor person in the "instant" reply has only the Options given to them what to say. It repeats itself over and over again. Even an investigation has been launched. All Lies. Now my Account shows no previous Orders.

When looking at parts online, it highlights that they will not fit the vehicle. But then when you chat with someone and look it up in their system, they give the thumbs up and say that it will fit. This inconsistency makes the entire parts search exercise very aggravating...

I bought a set of monroe shocks for my van. The failed miserably and company agreed to accept them for return if I bought another set first. I did so. After three months and numerous emails I still do not have a credit on my mastercard. I would never reccomend this company. I will tell every one I know to stay clear of Parts Avatar as they are dishonest and untruthful. I am out the cost of my shocks plus the return shipping. I am so disapointed. Never again!

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
