These guys are a total scam. Do not order from them. They take payments through paypal but don't ship the product. They have no phone number but only an online chat, who tell you either (a) yeah yeah we shipped it - only they can't give you a tracking number, or (b) they tell you sorry the part is out of stock and we'll ship it when it arrives. They have no customer service options. It took me 4 days to get a tracking number - which after calling Purolator turns out was just the shipping label they printed up after I called them to ask where my package was. It's been 2 weeks and they cannot confirm anything other than they took my money.

Ordered a brake caliper. The emailed order confirmation stated that an invoice and return shipping instructions for the old core would be with the shipment. This didn't happen.
The person conducting " live chat " is of no help and will not provide a phone number.
Stick with you local suppliers, then you can actually talk to someone for resolution

Order took over 2 weeks to arrive via Canada Post I ordered a timing bet/ water pump kit advertised marked down from $131 to $46.56. Only received the timing belt and tensioner. After an enquiry I was told it was a mistake. The water pump doesn't come with the kit. No offer to correct the mistake. Website still lists it coming with a water pump!

I would give zero stars if I could. THEY ARE THEIVES. They told me a part was for my car and it was not. Then they changed me $200 to return it. They knew it was wrong part this did this to rob me. DISGUSTING COMPANY.

Bought some air filters, oil filter, and a PCV valve for our vehicles. Prices are very competitive for brand name parts. Items came quickly and as described. I prefer to use Partsavatar over Rockauto whenever I can and free shipping over $75 is great

I ordered front brake pads and rotors, a caliper, shocks, and bearings for my Chev pickup. On entering the year, model, and engine size, a list of parts shows up that says in big green letters "This part fits your vehicle". It really means MAYBE! When it turned out that some of them did NOT fit my vehicle, I was told that it was my mistake so they won't cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping rotors is about the cost of the rotors so too bad for me. They actually said, quote: "Also, we never want to disappoint our customers but in this case, we are abiding by our company policy." They kept telling me it was all my fault for selecting the wrong part, and hiding behind that word "policy". They use that word a lot, in every chat. Total impasse. Then, they told me I had selected the wrong brake pads as well, as my vehicle is 5600 pounds and not 7200 pounds GVW. I gave them the link to the manufacturer's website showing there is no difference... and of course when I received them, they did fit. They absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the fact that there website can lead you to order the wrong parts, and hence won't cover the cost of return shipping. Note also on core returns (the caliper in my case), the customer gets to pay for shipping too, so, might as well chuck it in the landfill.
Beware beware beware.
Oh also shipping is very slow. Maybe they have a policy about that, I don't know. Before they quickly try and blame the shipping company, I am talking about how long it takes them to get parts out their door, not the time in transit.

Service was ok and sounded good with help to get proper part witch was right part but for wrong year of car,, Delivery was to be 2 weeks and was a month,, Cost me more money to have part replaced and fixed for it would work on my car cause of wrong part year sent by Avatar,,

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
