Ordered parts and returned them to find out they charge restocking fees, when its says 100 percent refund in bold. Even when you print out the RMA is does not say anything about restocking fee SCAM
Package boxes no where heavy enough to withstand handling. Parts got here without damage. I ordered rotors ang calipers for a truck. So no real surprise that the boxes failed.

I received 2 wheel cylinders and one came with a hole in the bag and the port seal was removed. How do I know if something didn't make into the inside of the wheel cylinder? Not impressed...

I mistakenly ordered the wrong part but the part arrived within a week and in excellent condition so very quick. I have told an awful lot of people about your service. We have been extremely happy with the delivery time, and, unlike your competitors, in most cases you don't charge for delivery, also your prices are amazing... (don't let it get to your head and start raising the price is now folks)... Every part I bought fit as it should that's five stars as far as I'm concerned!

Bought a bunch of brake parts and tuneup parts for my van. A week later half the brake parts and half the tuneup parts arrived. But not enough to do either job. 2 weeks go by and the rest doesnt show. I email customers service and am told will arrive by the 28th. A week after that I again talk to customer service who finally provide a tracking number. Check tracking and parts werent even shipped until AFTER they were supposed to be at my house. I was obviously angry with being lied to and asked for a refund on parts or at least a rebate. Consistently told told to just wait til parts arrive. Its now another week and a half later and still no pkg... I bought all my parts at local store and have done all the work and now driving the vehicle. Never using PartsAvatar again! Now to fight to get my money back...

For the most part, their prices are good. However, shipping is terrible. On their website, they state, shipping within 36 hours. I have ordered from Parts Avatar several times and it is generally at least 4 days from the time you place your order until it is shipped. Shipping is usually by Purolator and these people are even slower than Canada Post. If you order from Parts Avatar, expect to wait at least 2 weeks before you receive it.

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
