Ordered replacement mirrors for 2005 gmc truck. I went with camper mirrors, replaced the standard fare. Power, and heated, it was a plug and play switchover. No vibration, fit and finish is good. Works like it should

My order was a first with partsAvatar. I've received the products as described however due to costs and shipping delay I'm not entirely convinced or sure I would shop here again.
The customer service online chat was really good and most answered my questions within minutes but delays (not entirely sure if it's your fault) in shipping and choice thereof is the wisest.

Bull$#*!!. U give your vin## an they say parts you need. I order what they say an most parts are wrong!. But it your fault not there an they magically loose that part your conversation so handy. Then wNt you to pay for return shipping!. What a $#*!in joke!. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!. Cost me so much down time an money to buy right parts to fix their mistakes!. Place shouldn't be in business bunch crooked $#*!s!. An they don't care or u can't speak to a manager. Cause they don't have a phone ##. $#*!in pathetic!

My item was shipped 5 days after making the purchase and I was not happy with the delay as I needed the part in order to put vehicle back on the road.

I was sent rotors for a jeep cherokee srt8. I ordered rotors for a 2008 jeep grand cherokee with a 3 litre deisel. I am stuck with 2 rotors that I can not use at the sum of 135 a piece.
