Predatory Experts!
First, the surprise seating selection fees with a suttle warning 'not selecting might cause delays' bumping!
From there additional fees for everything under the sun, and unsolicited emails after declining.
Next, errors in personal information on travel documents that upon confirmation they ignore corrections. Causing potential boarding problems. Once they acknowledge the corrections they want to charge a fee to process corrections through the system. Bad news is the independent airlines will not make the edition since booked through a "third-party" agent. Then, after accepting corrections need to be done, they call it a 'New Package' and double orginal cost with fees for correction and handling! Try canceling it starts with a fee of $235 + handling fee.
Originally started at $1,147 slowly creeping to $1667, and jumping to $2,346! WOW! PREDATORY PRACTICE, EXTORTION
Being in Canada doesn't protect them. Get the Word out there, Doesn't end, they need to stopped swindling. NOW!
Worst customer service on the planet. No chat amd you wait hours to speak to agent. Everytime I call Justfly I have to wait hours before I can speak with an agent. One ticket I changed was not confirmed with the atirline. On Just fly I see the new date, On the airline website I see the new date, yet when I went to checkin there was noi ticket, the airline did not receive the money to make the change. I had no way in knowing that there was not ticket becaue both the Airline itenrary and Justly itenrary shoe the new date. A total waste of money and time

Three time I called to change my flight dates and all three time they said something else. I asked to hear the record of my last conversation with the previous agent and they told me its not available! They are so rude and they really don't want to help you resolve your issue I find this company very inconsistent and having the worst people to work in the customer service department.

Just did a search of Justfly and looks like they are still ripping of customers. Facebook full of complaints Don't believe there phoney reviews on Justflys website, look at other sotes before you even think about using them which I highly recommend against using Justfly. DO NOTUSEJUSTFLY.
Had booked a flight to Switzerland and Italy that was cancancelled due to COVID. NO REFUNDS, had to book the same destination at the same price. IMPOSSIBLE TO DO and I couldn't fly there due to COVID restrictions. Customer service sucks, told me to contact SWISS Air when I booked thru JustFly. End of story I am out $1,100.00 USD. Have filed with BBB and the US government. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!
I've paid $972 for a flight, and upon returning to catch the next flight home it was a bus ride... The booking was changed and neither the agent (just fly) or the airling communicated nothing to me of what was going on. Placed a call to just fly and 2 of their agent telling me there's nothing they can do I just need to call the airline. And, I try to explain to him that I called the airline and they told me the have an issue with that but I need to have the travel agent (just fly) handle the situation. But ehen i called again to just fly the agent keep telling me I need to call the airline because the airline is the one that get the money when I booked the ticket.

Justfly mislabeled my flights, the airlines could not seat me as a result and I was left with no option but to purchase a ticket online while standing at the counter in order to make it home. Three phone calls into the process and no closer to a refund for that section of the trip.
I do not know how to put this, except that this company is SCAM. Or in other words, it engages in deceptive, dishonest, and fraudulent business practices.
My personal experience:
I have purchased a ticket to travel from NYC to Europe. However, personal circumstances forced me to later change my travel dates. Most airline tickets are non-refundable. I was well aware of that when I called JustFly to ask about my options. The representative told me I'd be able to re-use a portion of the ticket in the form of travel credit, minus the cancellation fee. The fee, I was told, is $250. I had to take time to arrange new travel dates, so I did not cancel immediately. When I called back a day later, to my surprise cancellation fee went up to $350! What? No explanation.
The thing is, they don't have fixed fees. Each representative makes them up depending on how much money they feel they can lure from the customer. Another interesting bit is that I was able to "NEGOTIATE" the fee back down to $250 — proof of the above theory.
I now had the "credit" I attempted to use for a new ticket. Another surprise was waiting, though. The price the agent quoted me did not match the price for the same flight shown on the website. It was exactly $600 higher, more or less coinciding with the amount of "credit" I received. A coincidence? Maybe? When I pointed out the apparent price difference to the agent, he reacted angrily (he already has my money... so I guess no need to hold back). He said that I was looking at the price for the "new customers," which is discounted. But because I have credit, I can't access that price and must pay "full price" instead. Such was a two-step process of stripping me out of the entire ticket amount.
I lost my money and was left with just one question: How could such a SCAM openly and apparently with impunity operate in the USA?
Scam. Misleading cancellation. Charged extra for cancel and still no refund for any booking. Never ever using just fly again. Worst.
There is no transparency on this boooking site. I would definitely prefer to book on Expedia.
Customer service is not available for call. Expedia has a 1-800 customer service that you can connet right away. For JustFly, You would have to wait for them to call you, which will take an hour or worst the next day.
This is same company Flight Hub and Justfly.
Its very difficult to book flight with them, you cannot change after or before departure, to change you will pay more than the price of the ticket. Disaster customer service, you could wait 1 or 2 hours untill a rep answer you. Less than zerooooo, i will never use it again.
This company has no customer service support at all. I have called several times today on 08/10/2022. Not once did anyone I speak to transfer me to a custormer support rep. Instead they kept sending me back into the que and starting all over again. This happened 4 times before i agve up. All this was because I purchased a ticket with Justfly.com as well as the insurance. A week before my flight I had a job interview and had to cancel. On the emails I have received from Justfly no where did they state that only certain things would be refunded not only that but they do insurance through a whole separate company who has there own policies and procedures which seems to be different then Justfly. This whole process has been terrible and neither company wants to help at all nor refund almost $300 that I paid including the insurance I purchased to cover something like this.
I booked days before my trip. I get to the airport and they can't find me anywhere on the manifest. I call justfly. There was a problem with my card I was using. They said they sent an email. I never got one. I would have tKen care of it had I got that email. I told them I would never go thru them ever. I haven't seen my parents in 5 years.bi took 2 weeks of vacation just to go see them qnd now I can't. The can go f themselves for all I care.
I almost booked two international flights with Justfly, but decided not to go forward after learning so many negative reviews and BBB recommendations. Apparently those negative reviews were just recently put up by affected passengers. Negative reviews are not in common, but the ones that were true were really bothersome.
I've bough from JustFly and immediately after I bought realized that it's cheaper on the Airlines website, for the same trip. Later from credit statement, I realized that original amount is billed against airlines and JustFly charged additional amount and these were reported as 2 different payments
I booked a flight with Justfly in March of 2020. The airline was British Airways. I was informed in April 2020 that the airline was not flying into Ireland and I would get a Travel Voucher to be used by April 2023. Just Fly also went into my credit card and charged me a cancellation fee on a flight I did not cancel. Then in May 24th 2022 I tried to re-book they then charged me an extra fee as they claim the fairs were higher and I would get a email with my new flight in 7 days. It never happened and when I asked for my monies back they claim British Airways said No. I contacted BA and they informed me JustFly had all the monies for my flight. JustFly just keeps lying and they will not give me back my monies. This company is CRIMINAL...
Justfly sold me a flight to Europe that they listed as "Economy". After purchase, they sent me a copy of the itinerary (on a JustFly proprietary form) listing the flight as "Economy". Lo and behold, when I check the flight confirmation number on Lufthansa, it's listed as "Economy Light". On Lufthansa, "Economy" gets a checked bag, and "Economy Light" gets zero checked bags.
This is a cut-and-dried bait and switch. Eminently dishonest. And I got these tickets for all of my family.
Justfly may well respond with some gobbeldygook, but that would be dishonest too. Because, you see, Justfly gives you a link to check the baggage policies of the carrier you book with... and guess what? Lufthansa gives you a free checked bag with "Economy". So if I got the ticket promised by Justfly, I'd have a free checked bag.
Justfly is intentionally dishonest.
Be warned.
They ask to buy cancellation protection, even if you buy and meet the criteria for refund, they wont provide refund. They wont help you at all and eat all your money.
First of all waiting time is horrible.

I am a very disappointed customer. Booked a round trip ticket from Atlanta to Port of Spain and back to Atlanta. The return trip was via Miami on 7/26/2022. American Airlines cancelled the Miami to Atlanta flight. I called Justfly and was able to get another flight through Frontier for 7/27/2022. The Frontier ticket was split into 2 payments
1. I was charged twice for $150 (which was the 2nd payment). One charge of $150 has gone through and the other $150 is still showing as "Pending". Hope it will fall off.
2. Then out of nowhere, I got a charge for $753.20 to my card on 7/26/2022 which was pending from 7/26 through 7/28.
3. The charge went through on 7/29 and upon calling customer service, I was told by the agent that this is very common in this company. Credit card gets mixed up. He admitted that it is a mistake on Justfly and they used my card for another passenger and another transaction.
4. Then the agent said, that the charge was reversed the same day. Well, it was not, because it is now processed and showing up as a valid charge on my card.
5. I called my credit card company, and they said that, the Justfly never initiated the credit of the $753.20, or at least not yet.
6. I have to wait 10 business days and then file a dispute
What a mess! More concerning is to learn that my credit card has been used without my authorization and the agent saying that this is common with this company.
So just thought of sharing my experience and be on lookout guys and check your credit card statement if this company have your card on their file.
I have wasted a whole day and being thrown as a ping-pong ball between American Airlines, Justfly, and my Credit card company. Very sad...

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
